General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hbaze platform and all its services. By registering, logging in, or using this platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the hbaze platform.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all of the following activities:

• Creating and managing an account on hbaze
• Participating in any game, slot, or casino service
• Cricket or other sports betting activities
• Financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals)

1.2 Language & Interpretation

Eligibility & Account

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, hbaze reserves the right to suspend all accounts and cancel any bonuses earned.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Please follow these guidelines:

• Never share your password with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, log out after use.
• Keep your account information up to date and accurate at all times.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide true and accurate information during registration and verification. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on hbaze: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing via a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method and account used for the deposit.

3.3 Verification Requirements

For withdrawals above a certain amount, hbaze may request an identity document, proof of address, or other documentation. Withdrawals will be held until this verification process is complete. Once verification is done, the withdrawal will be processed within the standard timeframe.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

hbaze reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent transactions. The financial activity of the relevant account may be suspended during an investigation. If fraud is proven, the funds involved will be forfeited.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hbaze offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• While playing with bonus funds, no more than 10% of the bonus balance may be used on a single bet.
• Bonuses may not apply to certain games — each promotion may have its own separate rules.
• Bonuses expire within a set number of days. If wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

4.4 Promotion Changes

hbaze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any promotion or bonus at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, hbaze reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the hbaze platform are governed by the following rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or match is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Game results are determined according to the outcome recorded on the relevant game provider's server.
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, hbaze reserves the right to adjust the amount to the correct figure.

5.2 Sports Betting

Market-specific rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. The information provided on the platform regarding betting markets and odds is final. If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, settlement will follow hbaze's specific policy.

5.3 Casino Games

The game provider's rules apply to slots, live casino, and other games. All games follow fair play principles, and results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will be settled based on the last saved state.

5.4 Maximum Payout Limit

The maximum single payout from a bet or game round is determined by the rules of the specific game or event. A maximum withdrawable amount within a given period may also apply, which will be stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.

User Code of Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbaze platform:

• Any attempt at fraud, deception, or gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or AI programs to conduct games or betting.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or modify the platform's systems or software.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other users in a fraudulent manner during betting.

6.2 Professional Bettor Rules

hbaze reserves the right to identify unusual or abnormal betting patterns. For professional or professional-level betting activity, hbaze reserves the right to set betting limits, delay payouts, or conduct an account review.

6.3 Communication Guidelines

Respectful and professional conduct is expected in customer support and all other communications. Obscene, threatening, or harassing communication may result in account suspension.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 Nature of Service

hbaze operates as an online gaming platform and provides no guarantee of financial gain. Gaming and betting are inherently risky activities, and you participate at your own risk.

7.2 Technical Issues

hbaze strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be disrupted due to the following reasons:

• Server maintenance or upgrades

• Issues with third-party service providers
• Unexpected technical errors

7.3 Third-Party Content

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Suspension by hbaze

• Operating multiple accounts.

8.2 Settlement of Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, bonuses earned and any winnings associated with them may be forfeited. However, the original deposit amount will generally be returned, unless those funds are directly linked to fraudulent activity.

8.3 Account Closure by the User
